Refund policy

We accept order cancelations within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, email hello@threegracesandco.com within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all sales are final.

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our press-on nails, we do not accept returns or make exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@threegracesandco.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
